How Our Business IT Services Work
We can help you based on two different models:
1. On-demand service – basically service when you need it, based on an hourly rate
or
2. Monthly flat rate service – based on a flat rate that includes all normal maintenance and user, network, and server support.
For our business customers, in addition to our on-site and over-the-phone service, we also have the capability of providing web-based remote support service – particularly useful for helping users that operate offsite.
For any hardware or software that needs to be purchased for your company's IT systems, our policy is for the purchases to be made directly by you. That way, you retain clear ownership of the purchased items, you own the warranty, and you do not get charged any markup by us.
We are interested only in being an IT Support Service provider and not a retailer - we hope that commitment to service shows in our work!
Also, we will ensure that all the work we do is fully documented, diagrammed, and labeled, and that you retain the passwords to all systems. We want you to have confidence that you "hold the keys" to all your business systems and can change IT service providers at any time - and we'll work that much harder to make sure you never want to!
